Sales rep was Tyler. Stay away.

Very rushed. Not personalized service. Had the need for a demo shoved down my throat. Agreed and made appointment.

Drove up 2 hours (one way!) to dealership and was told no demo. As a fall back they gave me a quick run through. Not the hour full demo. Assured me part to tow home would be installed before coming up next day another 2 hour trip to pick up the unti and lo and behold, part was not installed and was a Sunday so service was closed.

Turned into a fiasco. They screwed up a part installation that was overpriced to begin with so I made a verbal agreement with Tyler to split cost for inconvenience. Was supposed to cut me a refund check. Been 8 months and still holding my breath.

They could care less about the customer and just yes you to death. He went radio silent.

Trying to get through to anyone of worth is impossible and no response to email inquiry. Losers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
