We paid close to 400.00 for service call parts and service. Trying to be reimbursed is crazy difficult you need a letter why you used an outside serviceman Your bill of sale Vin number copy of the bill part replacement serial number on the hot water heater the bar code to see if itโs one of the malfunction heaters? When I heard they knew of some heaters were not working correctly and they have pictures of the part destroyed you think it would be enough. I did not get the barcode on the heater yet because I am not at the camp sight the charge for the service charge is on me.
One month old and they knew some were not working. Can I sue these people still not sure if they will honor the guareentee and it will be 10 to 12 weeks for reimbursement if or when they agree they got everything needed. On another note I tried to purchase more keys and here they wanted thirty.
Dollars for each one. I went to another RV dealership both needed to order the keys the other one charge 10 dollars for two keys this place is the biggest ripoff store I would never again buy from them they do not answer their phone they delay until you go away my advice stay away
